ERC Lutz Business Coaching AG

Since 1993, the ERC, a cooperation network for tax advisors, auditors, and lawyers, has been established.

We guided 153 of the first 200 law firms certified according to DIN ISO9000 through an innovative group coaching process to successful certification.

With the founding of the European Consultant Academy® and the European Entrepreneur Academy® in 2002, we have created the conditions to give tax consultants and auditors in particular access to the latest knowledge and implementation expertise in the areas of corporate and personal development, employee motivation, leadership, marketing, innovation, and cooperation. Today, we promote the EFQM Excellence Model.

All components of our service program were developed under the direction of our head trainer Dieter Lutz and have been successfully implemented in practice for many years with the support of a network of experts. Using the most effective method of law firm development currently available—Cooperative Business Coaching® – the European Advisory Academy EBA® under the umbrella of ERC AG has succeeded since 2008 in radically renewing the "tax firm business model" at more than 60 pioneering medium-sized law firms – with extremely positive effects on employees, productivity, attractiveness for clients and employees, and fee development.

ERC AG's revamped business model has been recognized for its innovative strength in the SME sector with the main sponsorship award of the German SME Program under the patronage of Prof. Dr. h.c. Lothar Späth.

As pioneers in quality management, we are now among the most experienced practitioners, with many years of experience in supporting tax advisor/auditor firms and entrepreneurs. Decades of industry experience and the highest level of expertise in the art of inspiring people to embrace necessary change processes and coaching them during the implementation phase are the strengths of our team of trainers.
