The special feature of the ERC business coaching model is its unique combination of several elements:

  • Training workshops: now available as a Studio Live version
    for managers and employees.
  • Practical implementation:
    Workshop participants implement their enhanced skills in a results-oriented manner within the company.
  • Transfer coaching:
    Implementation tools and training videos for practical use. Personal support in the form of video conferences and a telephone hotline.

  • : consisting of participants from several companies who support each other in individual projects.

A workshop module consists of a 1.5–2-day external workshop followed by two months of implementation coaching.Your investment depends on the actual number of participants—we will be happy to provide you with information about the individual stages.

Dieter Lutz, as an entrepreneur, auditor, lawyer, and specialist lawyer for tax law, he has gained a wide range of experience, including as a crisis and restructuring consultant. His gift for spontaneously creating new solutions and putting them into practice is legendary.His rousing presentation style inspires and energizes people. He has been developing and leading seminars and strategic development programs for tax firms and companies for many years. He is the author of numerous publications, including the books "Lust auf Zukunft statt Angst vor Krisen – Erfolgsstrategien für Unternehmer & Entscheider" (Desire for the future instead of fear of crises – success strategies for entrepreneurs and decision-makers), "Die attraktive Steuerkanzlei" (The attractive tax firm), and "Der StB/WP als Unternehmer" (The tax advisor/auditor as an entrepreneur).

The history

In the 1990s, we guided 153 of the first 200 law firms certified according to DIN ISO9000 through the certification process. As pioneers in quality management, we are among the most experienced practitioners. Today, we promote the EFQM's European Excellence Model. All components of the law firm development program have recently been completely revamped under the direction of our head trainer, Dieter Lutz. They are continuously adapted to the needs of our clients. The strengths of our team of trainers lie in their many years of experience in supporting law firms and companies, their high level of expertise in inspiring people to embrace the necessary change processes, and their ability to coach them during the implementation phase.
