The free "Get to Know Us Coaching Package" includes:

• 1 video clip to get you in the mood and inspire you (approx. 15-20 min.)
• A 30-minute coaching session (video conference) in which we will:

– Answer your questions,

– provide specific tips on your "hot topics"

– and identify practical solutions.

Dates:
Until further notice, we offer the opportunity to get to know each other in a video conference every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Preparation:
You will receive a "company quick check" for your personal assessment in advance by email.

Strategic diagnosis

1. An initial meeting takes place in a free online meeting with Dieter Lutz or colleagues from the training team (approx. 1 hour), including a short presentation on "Strategic Diagnosis."

The modules:

1. Company energy check (4 fields)
2. Employee assessment (commitment & competence)
3. Customer check (ABC analysis now used for crisis triage)
4. Quality of Life Check (7 pillars)
5. Prepare a financial diagnosis (increase financial reach)
6. 4C Personality Check
7. Values check (corporate culture)
8. Transfer coaching

2. Once you have decided on the "Strategic Diagnosis," you will receive an appointment for group coaching and, to help you prepare, the tools from modules 4, 5, 6, and 7, including brief instructions (live).

3. Participants in the diagnosis receive immediate access to all the expert know-how from the eight task force webinars "10 immediate measures in the crisis," currently in the form of more than 30 video clips (including presentations and tools).

4. In "Implementation Coaching, " Module 8, we work together to decide on the best way for you to achieve your professional and personal goals in order to maintain your economic success and quality of life as much as possible, even during the crisis, and to improve them for the future.
