The history

In the 1990s, we guided 153 of the first 200 law firms certified according to DIN ISO9000 through the certification process. As pioneers in quality management, we are among the most experienced practitioners. Today, we promote the EFQM's European Excellence Model. All components of the law firm development program have recently been completely revamped under the direction of our head trainer, Dieter Lutz. They are continuously adapted to the needs of our clients. The strengths of our team of trainers lie in their many years of experience in supporting law firms and companies, their high level of expertise in inspiring people to embrace the necessary change processes, and their ability to coach them during the implementation phase.
