For forward-thinking, entrepreneurial individuals

The seven pillars of quality of life
Ways to a meaningful private and professional life
"Personal happiness is not something distant—it is not a metaphysical concept. It is the happiness that can be experienced in everyday life in concrete relationships and situations and that leads to a meaningful life."
Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
The Life Coaching Academy provides a framework for fostering exchange with the support of coaches with many years of experience and in a circle of like-minded people. It uses the most effective and innovative method for personal development, Cooperative LifeCoaching®.
The "Baden-Baden Model of Quality of Life" developed by Dieter Lutz clearly summarizes the often fragmented detailed knowledge of a wide variety of fields. Connections and commonalities are made visible and thus condensed into a reliable orientation system—which is more than necessary, especially in turbulent times.

"It's not about which theoretical approach or method is right or wrong, because everything contains a partial truth and no one is 100% wrong.
It is much more exciting to find out how the partial truths fit together and to integrate them into a practical system for each individual. With a more complete psychological map, a kind of internal navigation system, we are better equipped to orient ourselves in a more complex environment, to choose the right life strategy for our respective stage of life and personal circumstances, to make good decisions, and to find our individual balance.
By being more relaxed, tolerant, playful, and humorous in our interactions with ourselves and others, it becomes easier to cope with the uncertainty and insecurity of life, thereby significantly improving its quality.

The Baden-Baden model
Cooperative Life Coaching®
With its "seven pillars," the model aims to provide the necessary guidance and impart skills that will enable people to face the future and thus increase their chances of leading a meaningful life. Specifically, it is about bringing seven main life themes or areas of life into optimal balance: finding one's purpose in life and vocation, developing personally and professionally/entrepreneurially, staying healthy and fit, achieving an optimal financial situation, cultivating fulfilling relationships with fellow human beings, and having time for "everything that gladdens the heart."

15-week online coaching including weekend training seminar for future-oriented people
Forward-thinking individuals learn and train individually and collectively in just 15 weeks how to bring their seven areas of life into optimal balance and develop the corresponding life skills. Imagine a house with a central entrance hall around which seven rooms of life are grouped—in the middle stands the person who can look into each room.
The themes of the rooms are the seven pillars of quality of life:
- Meaning of life and vocation
- Career development
- Personal development
- Health and Wellness
- Assets and finances
- Relationships with people and
- "Everything that makes the heart happy"
Only when people feel at home and comfortable in all these "areas of their lives" can they develop their full potential. Life balance generates performance, which is a prerequisite for the ability to lead, develop ideas and strategies, build effective organizations, and thus achieve economic success.

The head coach
Dieter Lutz
Dieter Lutz, born in 1951, pioneer of life and business coaching in Germany, entrepreneur, certified public accountant, lawyer, and specialist in tax law. His calling is to inspire people and support them in their personal and professional growth and in improving their quality of life.
As a teenager, he began to seek out, develop, and apply the most innovative and successful training methods and tools worldwide with great success. This led him to become one of the youngest coaches of an Olympic track and field athlete ever.
After studying economics, law, philosophy, and psychology in Freiburg, Aix-en-Provence, and St. Gallen, Dieter Lutz gained a wealth of professional experience as a tax lawyer and crisis and restructuring consultant, and even founded several successful companies and cooperation networks himself. With unflagging curiosity and passion, he continues to combine the latest findings from science and practice with his own expertise.
The training methods and strategic development programs he established and refined are now among the most effective in Europe. Dieter Lutz enthusiastically promotes his holistic approach, which views quality of life and economic success as mutually dependent, as a speaker and author, including in his book "Lust auf Zukunft statt Angst vor Krisen – Erfolgsstrategien für Unternehmer und Entscheider" (Looking forward to the future instead of fearing crises – Success strategies for entrepreneurs and decision-makers).

The history
On December 11, 2001, Dieter Lutz, founder of the first European Life Coaching Academy, presented his "Baden-Baden Model of Quality of Life" to numerous decision-makers from politics, business, and the media at the Brenners Parkhotel. After many years of being accessible only to an exclusive circle of top clients from the business coaching sector, the current crisis situation means that the time is more than ripe to make this expertise available to all those who are looking forward to the future.
