We are a cooperative and expert network of colleagues
and a community of values and performance.
At the ERC Club, you as a consultant (tax advisor/auditor) and entrepreneur with your own firm take center stage.
We help each other to secure the existence of our firms, navigate them through the impending storm of the crisis, and prepare ourselves for the challenges of the future.
This is the basis and necessity for us to be able to help as many of our clients as possible to survive economically.
How do I become part of the club?
Participation in the "Strategic Diagnosis" is a prerequisite for club membership .
The steps

The course begins with an online studio meeting. During this meeting, participants receive instructions on how to create an individual "strategic diagnosis" (values and 4C personality check, energy, financial, employee, and client check, including ABC analysis, quality of life, and career diagnosis), and we offer members non-binding assistance with implementation.

Members receive immediate access to all the expert know-how from the eight task force webinars "10 Immediate Measures in the Crisis" since March 2020, in the form of more than 30 video clips, all presentations, and tools.

ERC Lutz Business Coaching AG organizes knowledge transfer and exchange among colleagues in the form of live webinars and online meetings with the ERC trainer team. These generally take place once a month. This gives you access to the latest expert knowledge on topics such as:

- Marketing & Acquisition
- Fees & increased profitability.

The law firm's club membership is valid for one year. It is automatically renewed for another year unless written notice of termination is given at least 8 weeks before expiry.

The monthly club fee is €1,500.00 plus statutory sales tax.
The law firm will set up a standing order with your bank and send a copy of it to the ERC immediately.
